Dessert Tasting & Paired Wines

Join new member Dame Judy Mattera, pastry chef/owner of Sweet Solutions for a pairing of desserts with dessert wines.

Judy will be presenting categories of dessert wines along with producers, styles, and numerous possibilities for creating memorable end-of-dining experiences. The class will include demonstrations, recipes, and four dessert tastings with paired wines.
